Do you offer exchange or return?
All our stock is in mint condition as it arrives from our suppliers. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase; you may return and exchange the item/s providing:
1. Contact with us is made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
2. The product(s) are returned to us undamaged and with all original packaging/labels intact.
If you can’t find an alternative product, we will happily provide a credit note, valid for 6 months from date of issue.
What happens if my product is faulty?
In the event that an item is faulty the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. We Heart Shinzi will replace the item or refund the purchase price in full (including shipping costs).
How can I pay for my product?
Credit card/Paypal
We utilise PayPal to process all credit card payments. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay by credit card and Visa and Mastercards are accepted.
You will be transferred to a secure PayPal site to complete the payment. PayPal offers you privacy and security for all online payments.
When will my parcel arrive?
All our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (or next business day) of receipt of payment. Orders placed by 2pm (Aust EST) will be shipped the same day.
We can be contacted at any time if you have any queries about your parcel.
What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If you are concerned that your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will track it for you.
We will make every effort to trace a missing product but please note that the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon our delivery to Australia Post.
